Starting November 9, 2026, fuel cards will be gradually removed from CityBee vehicles. From January 1, 2027, fuel cards will no longer be available in any CityBee vehicle.
How can I refuel my vehicle?
Refuelling will remain simple and convenient – you can continue to refuel using the CityBee app at Circle K gas stations.
Go to one of our partner Circle K gas stations.
Open the CityBee app and select your active reservation.
Select Refuel and follow the instructions in the app.
Once refuelling is complete, the app will automatically update the refuelling status.
What should I do if refuelling through the app doesn't work?
If you are unable to start refueling through the CityBee app, please contact our Customer Support team using the phone number available in the app during your trip or in the Contacts section of our website. Please make sure to use the number for the country where your trip started (Latvia, Lithuania, or Estonia). You can also reach us via in-app chat or email.
Is refuelling still free?
Yes! When using CityBee with the Flexible or Prepaid Package tariff, you don't have to pay for fuel yourself – you only pay for the time and kilometers you drive.
If the fuel level is below 1/4 of the tank and you fill it up completely, you'll receive a €2 discount.
Important! During the transition period, some vehicles may still have a fuel card available. However, from January 1, 2027, refuelling will only be possible through the CityBee app..
