If you forget your personal belongings in a CityBee car, you can retrieve them by:
Reserving and unlocking your last car as usual.
You can retrieve your items for free for 24 hours after your last journey.
You have 5 free minutes to collect your belongings, do not turn on ignition if you don't plan to use the car. If the car will be used for longer than 5 minutes, a paid reservation will start automatically.
Please note, that if you do not recover your items within 24 hours, you can find the car location, where the items were left, by using this link. If you are unable to find the car you are looking for, please, be patient, somebody is using it right now:
