The BeeChill fee has your back by covering damages in the event of an accident where you're at fault. Just remember, it’s essential to report the incident to us immediately.
However, there are situations where BeeChill protection does not apply - the full list of BeeChill exclusions can be found in Section 7.17 of our Terms of Use. BeeChill does not apply in any of the cases listed in Section 7.17.
Below are some of the most common examples:
Failing to report the incident to us;
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
Violating traffic regulations;
Engaging in intentional or grossly negligent actions.
