The BeeChill fee has your back by covering damages in the event of an accident where you're at fault. Just remember, it’s essential to report the incident to us immediately.
However, there are certain situations where the BeeChill fee won't cover the damages. These exceptions are outlined in our Terms of Service (section 7.17) and include cases such as:
Failing to report the incident to us;
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
Violating traffic regulations;
Engaging in intentional or grossly negligent actions.
