Open the mobile CityBee app, which You are already signed into, select ,,Menu“ -> ,,Help“.
You will be directed to the Help center, select ,,Live chat“.
When the new live chat conversation will be opened, select the arrow to go back ( < ) at the top left of the page.
Select ,,See previous" and You will see all Your previous conversations in the live chat.
