Access to the virtual 'CityBee' business wallet is available only to the company account administrator via the 'CityBee' self-service portal.
In the self-service portal, select the 'Payments' section to access the virtual wallet tool, where you’ll see your current wallet balance. To top up the virtual wallet, click the 'Add to wallet' button.
Please note that the virtual wallet feature is only available through the 'CityBee' self-service portal – it is not accessible via the 'CityBee' mobile app.
