First, you have to apply for a business profile. You can do so by filling out the business application form. The form can be found here – LT, LV, EE. We promise to get back to you within 24 hours.
Once the contract is signed, we create a business account for you and grant access to the 'CityBee' business self-service platform. With administrator rights, you can add or remove users (company employees), view their trip reports, monthly invoices, and detailed billing.
Payment for services can be made either with a company payment card linked to the business account or by topping up your 'CityBee' virtual wallet.
All employee trips are combined into a single monthly invoice, which is sent to the provided email address at the beginning of the following month.
