Once the contract is signed, we will provide you with access to the self-service center, which allows you to manage your employees, add or remove users, view travel reports, and monthly invoices.
To start using our services, you would first have to add a payment card to your company profile. This can be done using our self-service center. Payments can be made with the linked payment card or by topping up the CityBee virtual business wallet.
Then simply download the app, complete the registration process by adding your driver's license, and you are good to go. Select the car you would like to rent and start using CityBee services.
In the beginning of the new month, we will send you an invoice that will include all of the previous month trips.
