Company invoices

For companies with a 'CityBee' contract, a single monthly invoice is issued covering all employee trips made using the business account.

The invoice is sent to your provided email address at the beginning of each month.

All invoices can also be viewed by the company’s assigned account administrator by logging in to the 'CityBee' business self-service platform.

If you’ve added a payment card with company billing details to your personal 'CityBee' account, invoices will be issued after each trip and sent to the email linked to your personal 'CityBee' account.
