I don't get a link to create a password when connecting to self-service center

  • Make sure that your email address is entered correctly.

  • Check the spam section of your email inbox; the email may have gone there.

  • In case you still cannot find the email with the link to create a new password, please use a private Internet connection and press "Forgot/I want to change my password" again.

  • If none of the above steps help, please refer to your IT department in order to find out whether automatic CityBee emails are blocked.
