I don't get a link to create a password when connecting to self-service center

If you don’t remember your self-service password or didn’t receive the email with the setup link, go to the login page, click 'Forgot / want to reset password', enter your email, and follow the link to create a new password.

If you can’t find the email, check your spam/junk folder — it might have ended up there.

Still no email? Try again using a private internet connection and click 'Forgot / want to reset password' once more.

If the issue continues, contact your company’s IT team to check if 'CityBee’s' automatic emails are being blocked.
