Signing into company account for the first time

After the business account is activated, the chosen company representative(s) will get admin access to the 'CityBee' business self-service platform.

The assigned administrator will receive an additional email with a link to set up their self-service password.

If you don’t remember your password or haven’t received the email with the setup link, go to the self-service login page, click “Forgot / want to reset password”, enter your email address, and follow the link you receive to create a new password.
