AdBlue is a special fluid used in modern diesel engines to reduce exhaust emissions. Our team regularly checks cars, and if necessary, we top up the AdBlue fluid level.
When the AdBlue level decreases, you will see a message on the dashboard indicating how many kilometers you can still drive. If you're preparing for a longer trip, we recommend ensuring your AdBlue is topped up in advance – you can do this at CircleK gas station. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service department - we will promptly respond to your inquiry!
AdBlue liquid can be topped up at specific Circle K gas stations, you can find the list here: After refilling, you can conveniently pay with your Circle K fuel card from the car.
Open the fuel cap and locate the blue AdBlue lid;
Unscrew the tank cap and pour in the AdBlue fluid (be careful not to pour it into the diesel tank, as this could cause damage to the bee!);
Securely close the cap.
If you have any questions or feedback, contact our team!
If you paid for the AdBlue refill yourself, make sure to save the payment receipt and send it to us via email at info@citybee.lt – we will process the refund as soon as possible.
