Using the CityBee virtual business wallet to settle travel expenses for the current month

The company account administrator, logged into the 'CityBee' business account self-service portal, can view the outstanding amount for trips made during the current month for which an invoice has not yet been issued in the 'Payments' section. These trips can be paid by clicking the 'Pay' button.

Additionally, topping up the virtual business account wallet allows payment for trips made during the current month. When the company administrator tops up the 'CityBee' business account wallet, payments for trips will be made from it first. Only when the wallet balance is insufficient will funds be charged from the payment card linked to the business account.
