Choosing CityBee long rent gives you total freedom and control of fuel, parking, and car cleaning costs
Fueling up
You only pay for the fuel you actually use. Just remember to return the car with the same fuel level as when you picked it up. If it comes back with less, we'll need to ask you to cover the missing fuel plus a small administration fee.
Parking
During your rent, parking is completely up to you! Keep in mind that we don't cover parking fees, but feel free to park wherever is convenient, as long as it follows local traffic rules. When returning the car make sure to end the trip in CityBee parking zone.
Keeping it clean
Taking care of your car's cleanliness is in your hands! The cost of car washes is not included in your fixed monthly payment. It's up to you to cover any cleaning costs and ensure the car stays neat, tidy, and well taken care of both inside and out during your rent.
Maintenance and Service
All costs related to car operation, including routine maintenance, tire changes, 24/7 roadside assistance, and getting you a replacement car, are included in your total price. If the car alerts you that it needs some love, just contact support in the app. We’ll arrange a convenient time with you to get it sorted.
