Planning ahead? You can book a car for a future date. We're pretty fast so we can deliver it within 24 hours. When scheduling, you can even enter your address, and we’ll deliver the car straight to your door! Your trip will begin automatically at the scheduled start time or when you unlock the vehicle, whichever comes first.
How to book:
- Open the CityBee app
- Decide if you want a car immediately or select your future start date.
- If planning ahead, tap on the "Schedule" button
- If you need car immediately just pick a vacant car on the street and click "Rent."
- Double-check your details, pick your payment method, grab BeeChill for peace of mind, and hit ""Reserve""!
Quick check before you drive
If you grabbed BeeChill, just make sure that the car is safe to drive. No need to worry about small dents or scratches! If you didn't choose BeeChill, always do a quick walk around before you start the trip. If you notice any dents or scratches, snap a picture and report it in the app.
