If you select and pay for BeeChill when making your reservation, we've got your back. If you happen to cause an accident or damage the car, CityBee covers the full repair costs. Just be sure to notify us right away, and we’ll take care of the rest.
If you decide to skip BeeChill, you take on financial responsibility if the car gets damaged and it is your fault. In this case, you will need to reimburse the repair costs up to a maximum of EUR 1,000 (CityBee covers anything beyond that). If a scratch only costs a little to fix, you only pay the exact amount.
Keep in mind that some extreme situations (like driving under the influence or intentional damage) mean you will have to cover the full cost regardless of BeeChill, as standard traffic and safety rules always apply. You can find more information about this in our Terms and Conditions.
