Get it delivered or pick it up
Getting your car is as easy as it gets. You can either find a vacant car on the street and start driving right away, or plan ahead and schedule a delivery. Just enter your address and start date in the app, and we'll bring the car right to your desired location.
Automated and Scheduled payments
Paying for your rent is completely automated, we simply charge the personal payment card linked to your CityBee account (business cards cannot be used). For longer rentals, you even have the option to split the cost and schedule your payments in instalments.
The perks of long term
All costs related to car operation, such as routine maintenance, seasonal tire changes, 24/7 roadside assistance, or even a replacement car, are fully included in your total price.
What is not included
Fuel, parking fees, windshield fluid, car washes, and any other similar everyday running expenses. These specific expenses are not included in your total price and are your responsibility while you are using the car.
Want to drive completely worry free? When booking your long term rent, you have the option to add BeeChill protection to limit your financial liability if the unexpected happens and you cause an accident or damage the car.
If you choose not to add it and are found at fault, you will be responsible for reimbursing the losses incurred, up to a maximum of EUR 1,000.
