We like to keep payments as smooth as your drive. Everything is handled automatically through the payment card linked to your CityBee account, so you don't have to worry about manual transfers.
Choosing how to pay
- Pay the full amount (including any extras like BeeChill) upfront.
- Split the cost into instalments based on schedule shown in the app (only available for reservations longer than one month.).
When do you get charged?
Your card will be charged once your reservation is officially activated. If you requested car delivery, we’ll attempt to securely process the payment at your scheduled start time. Please make sure there are sufficient funds on your card, as the trip cannot begin if the payment is unsuccessful and we may need to cancel the reservation. For scheduled rentals, a cancellation fee may apply.
If you choose to pay in instalments, we will automatically charge your card according to your schedule. Keep an eye on your balance - if a payment fails, the car might temporarily lock until things are settled.
