'CityBee' Virtual Business Wallet – this is your company account’s virtual wallet, accessible only to the company account administrator via the 'CityBee' self-service portal.
You can top up the virtual wallet in advance and use the funds to pay for upcoming trips. In the 'CityBee' business self-service portal, go to 'Payments' -> 'Add to wallet'.
You can also make a prepayment via bank transfer and send us the payment confirmation. In that case, we will add the amount to your company’s virtual wallet, and future trips made using the 'CityBee' business account will be paid from it.
Trip payments will be charged from your virtual wallet first. Only if there are insufficient funds in the wallet will the remaining amount be charged from your linked payment card.
