Access to the CityBee business wallet is only available to the company account administrator when logged in to the CityBee self-service center.
In self-service center, choose " E-wallet" and the virtual wallet tool will be available.
We would like to remind you that using the virtual wallet function requires logging into self-service center; it is not accessible through the CityBee app.
