We know that plans can change in the blink of an eye. Whether you need the car for an extra month or have to cut your trip short, managing your long term rent in the CityBee app is quick and simple.
Cancelling before you start
If you booked a vacant, but haven't activated the reservation yet, you can cancel it for free.
If you scheduled a car for a future date, you can easily cancel for free up to 24 hours before your start time. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, a standard cancellation fee will apply.
Ending your trip early
Need to return the car ahead of schedule? No problem, just follow the steps in the app. Here is how refunds work if you finish early:
- Trips up to 30 days - We won't be able to refund the paid rent fee.
- Trips of 31 days or more - The payment for the current month isn't refunded, but we will happily return any advance payments you made for upcoming months!
Keeping the car longer
Loving the ride? If your current rent is still active and your payments are up to date, you can request to extend your trip directly in the app.
